A--0RDI NANCE Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2203 of the Revised Ordi- nances of Salt Lake City, Utah,;1944, as amended by ordinances l passed by the Board of Commis `oners on June 21,, 1945, and February 26, 1946, relating to City Tr asurer. Be it ordained by the Board Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 2203 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners on June 21, 1945, and February 26, 1946, relating to City Treasurer, be and the same is hereby further amend- ed to read as follows: "SEC. 2203. SALARY. The salary of the city treasurer shall be not to exceed Four Thousand, Nine Hundred Eighty ($4980.00) Dollars per annum, payable monthly." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3.
