I / AN ORDINANCE Result . i'` AN ORDINANCE VACATING a certain alley located between 13th South and Harrison Avenue and Main and Major Streets. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that certain alleylocated between 13th South and Harrison Avenue and Main and Major Streets, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 33, Montana Subdivision, being a part of Lots 12 and 13, Block 11, Five Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, and running thence South 10.07 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 39 of said subdivision, thence West 142.0 feet, thence South 278.88 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 49 of said subdivision, thence West 14.0 feet, thence North 288.88 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 38 also of said subdivision, thence Easterly 156.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
