AN ORDIN ANOE .
In ordinance levying a tax and providing for the assessment of
the property hereinafter described within the district bounded on the
north by Fifth South Street, on the west by the Gravity Sewer, on thel
south by Ninth South Street, and on the east by Ninth East Street, in
Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of seat Lake City, Utah:
SECTICI i. That the City Council does horeby levy the tax and
provide fur the assessment of the same upon the property hereinafter
described in Sewer Districts Nes. 1 and 2, fur the: construction of
sewers, to- it:
In hots 1 and 8, Block 36, and in Lots 1, a, 1 and'8, Pacele id,
Plat "A"; and in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8, Block 21, Plat "D"e abut-
ting on Third. East Street between Fifth Seth and Seventh S.
Streets; on Fourth East Street between Sixth South and Seventh South
Streets; and on Seventh South Street between Thrd East and Fourth
Sant Streets.

the approval of the ordinance confirming the levy of the tax for the
(payment for such improvement; ono-fifth thereof in two years after
such approval; one-fifth thereof in three years after such approval;
one-fifth thereof in four years after such approval; and one-fifth
thereof in five yeare after such ap1:rcvel, One or more of said in
