AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of 26th East Street and Westminster
Avenue in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah.
SECTION 1. That a portion of 26th East Street and Westminster
Avenue, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the east line of Lot 13, Block 10,
Amended and Extended Plat of Laurelhurst of Sec. 15, T1S,
R1E, SLB&M. 0.80 feet S. 0°01'26" W. from the northeast
corner thereof; running thence southerly along the arc of
a 08.81 ft. radius curve to the left (whose center is
40 81 feet S. 89°58'34" E.) 229.75 feet to a point in the
west line of Lot 11, Block 14 of above subdivision 98.42

replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all
