AN ORDINANCErAMENDING the "Recommended Wage and Salary Admini-
stration Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", dated
January 7, 1971, as adopted by Bill No. 75 of 1971, amending Section
25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965,
by adding to the non-civil service classification of Managerial and
Professional Employees the position of Data Processing Director in
Pay Class No. 23.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Recommended Wage and Salary Administration
Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees" dated January 7,
1971, adopted by Bill No. 75 of 1971, amending Section 25-4-5, of
the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the
same hereby is, amended by adding thereto the non-civil service
position of Data Processing Director in Pay Class No. 23 under the
title covering "Managerial and Professional" employees.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 25th day of July , 1972.
