An ordinance creating Sidewalk District No. 42.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SZCTION 1. That the following Sidewalk District is hereby
created and established in Salt Lake City, to-wit: Sidewalk Dis-
trict No. 42 shall be and consist of both sides of all public streets
contained. in the tracts of land known as Popperton Place and Popper-
ton Place Plat "A", described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the monument line of Third Street
314.5 feet south 89 deg. 56 min. 05 sec. east of the street monument
at the intersection of U and Third Streets; running thence south
533.73 feet; thence east 757 feet; thence north 150 feet; thence
east 275 feet; thence north 220 feet; thence west 275 feet; thence
south 89 deg. 31 min. 20 sec. weer 757 feet; thence south 1447.69
feet to the place of beginning.
SISCTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
