Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt -- Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That alley running South.254.1 feet from Harvard Avenue between Fourth East and Denver Street in Salt Lake CitY, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 20, Block 6, Gordon Plat, a subdivision of part of Block 20, Five Acre Plat °A°, Big Field Survey; thence south 254.1 feet, thence west 16.5 feet, thence north 254.1 feet, thence east 16.5 feet to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
