AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing boun-
daries of use districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the use and "Use District Map" as adopted by
Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah,
1965, as amended, relating to fixing the boundaries of use district,
be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
The following described parcels of real property in �' g
Residential "R-2A" districts situated in Block 26,
Five Acre Plat "C" Big Field Survey, more commonly 11 tr°'I
described as the area having frontage at 2183-2207 p
East on 1300 South and 1248 Foothill Boulevard are
hereby zoned "Business 'B-3" and the "Use District
Map" is hereby amended and changed accordingly:
Beginning 645 feet east of the southwest corner of Lot
2, Block 26, Five Acre Plat "C" Big Field Survey, and
running thence north 100 feet; thence east 80 feet;
thence south 100 feet to north property line of 13th
South Street; thence west 80 feet to point of beginning.
Beginning at a point 725 feet east of the southwest
corner of Lot 2, Block 26, Five Acre Plat "C", Big
Field Survey and running thence east 106.47 feet more
or less to the west line of U.S. Highway 40; thence
north 33°15' west along the west line of U.S. Highway
40 119.57 feet; thence west 40.91 feet; thence south
100 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
Also, commencing 645 feet east and 100 feet north from
the southwest corner, Lot 2, Block 26, 5 Acre Plat "C",
Big Field Survey, thence north 70 feet; east 75.02
feet more or less to the west line of Highway 40;
thence south 33°15' east along the west line of U.S.
Highway 40 83.7 feet; thence west 120.91 feet more
or less to the point of beginning, LESS tract deeded
to Salt Lake City.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 16th day of May , 1978.
