AN ORDINANCE ADDING Section 24--13-2 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to capital
improvements appropriations.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That a new Section 24-13-2 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to capital
improvements appropriations, be, and the same hereby is, adopted
as follows:
Sec. 24-13-2. Capital improvement appropriations.
Pursuant to adoption of the 1980-81 capital improvements
fund budget the Mayor is hereby directed to establish
appropriations for the following capital improvement
projects, in the amounts specified as follows:

ordinance - BILL NO. 105 of 1980, amending Section 24-13-2
of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, relating to
Capital Improvements Appropriations for Fiscal Year 1980-31.
The ordinance will be published in the legal section of the
Deseret News October 16, 1980, and shall take effect upon
publication.
