1Bor.an ordinance prohibiting the keeping of flower pots and other
movable articles ,upon window sills, unless protected by sufficient guard
to prevent swee falling into street.
BE IT ORDAINED B TEE CITY( COUNCIL Of SALT TART CITY? UTAH.
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person being the
owner, or occupant, or having control of any building situated upon or
within three feet of the edge of any public thoroughfare in this city, to
place or keep or permit to be placed or kept any flower pot or other
movable article upon the windowsill or upon the side of such building, at
a height greater than eight feet aoove the established grade orouch
otroet,unless a ra'_ling or other sufficient guard be provided to prevent
the ewe from fallT'ng, being pushed, thrown or blown into the street.
Se,c,lie 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ord-
inance sha]]�lia.;le to a fine in an;;• CLOS Hot exceeding twenty-five dollars,
