An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
both sides of East Temple Street from the south side of Fourth South'
Street to the north side of Ninth South Street, in Paving District
No. 21, for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and
paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer;
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose, of the property abutting on both sides of East Temple
Street from the south side of Fourth South Street to the north side
of Ninth South Street, in Paving District No. 21, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and paving of
said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assess-
Monte m4 .*nd returned inkaid completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SEC2ISN 2. Tilde ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
