AN ORDINANCE .
AA ordinance confirminc the assessnaent upon the property herein-
after described on the south side of Third North Street between Quills,
land First West Streets; on the north side of Third North Street be-
tween Quince and Second West Streets; on the east side of First West
Street between First North and Fourth North Streets; on the west side
of First West Street between Third North and Fourth North Streets;
and oh the east side of:SecondWeet Street between Third•Nerth and
:Fourth North Streeta,,..ii Sewer Districts Fos. 1 and 2, for the

gzquorT 1. That the-asseisment list made by the City Treasurer
as wirriated, approved and completed by the Board of EqUalization an.
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council, for that pur-
pose, of the property in Lots 4 and 5, Block 104; 2, 3, '4 and 5, Blo4
113; 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Black 121, Plat w.A,"; and 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block
22, Flat "r Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the east side of Fir-t
West Street between First North and Third North Streets; on the sout,
side of Third North Street between Quince and First West Streets; on
the north side of Third Korth Street between Quince and Second West
Streets; on the east side of Second West Street between Third North
and Fourth North Streets; and on the west side of First West Street
between Third North and Fourth North Streets, ix Sewer Districts Nos.
1 and 2, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing sewers
upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the
assessments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby
confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
