Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Third WeSt Street between North Temple and
First North Streets, in Paving District No. 28, for the purpose of
providing for the grading, guttering and ourbing, constructing
drainage system, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list mede by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review,
of the property in Lots 3 to 5, inclusive, Block 97, Plat "A", Salt
Lake City Survey, abutting on the east side of Third West Street
between North Temple and First North Streets, in Paving District No.
28, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the grading,
guttering and curbing, constructing drainage system, and paving said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments
made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall to a feet one day after
its first publication. /J
