AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Recommended Wage and Salary Administra-
tion Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees" dated December
28, 1973, as adopted by Bill No. 65 of 1973, amending Section 25-4-5
of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by adding
thereto the non-civil Service Positions of Airport Operations and Main-
tenance Officer and Assistant Airport Operations and Maintenance Officer
under the title covering "Managerial and Professional" employees.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Recommended Wage and salary Administration
Program for Salt Lake City Employees" dated December 28, 1973, as
adopted by Bill No. 65 of 1973, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is,
amended as follows:
(a) Under the title covering "Managerial and Professional" employees
there is added the non-civil service position of "Airport Operations
and Maintenance Officer" in Pay Class No. 23.
'(b) Under the title covering "Managerial and Professional" employees
there is added the non-civil service position of "Assistant Airport
Operations and Maintenance Officer" in Pay Class No. 20.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
cation.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
13th day of February, 1974.
