Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah;
SECTIOB 1. That the City Council does hereby levy the tax and
provide for the assessment of the same upon the property hereiiafter
described in Sewer District Bo. 1, for the construction of a sewer,
to-e;it:
In Lots cos. 0 and 8, Block 2C, Plat "B", abutting on both sides
of Pearl Avenue, between Fourth East and Fifth fast Streets.
