SEC'TIOIN I. That Section 598 of Chapter 1b of the !revised
0rdinances of alt Lake City of 191. , rolatin. to the 'ilia; of maps
and acceptance of plats be amended so ao to read as folloi:s:
SECTION 590. _`ILIICO ].'1::'ITS. _ny person desiring to
plat or subdivide any land :::ith.in the corporate limits of
Salt Lake City shall rade the streets and alleys therein
in a manner acceptable to the city en,;ineor or in lieu

i SECTION 2. In the opinion of the hoard of Coar ission-
Y ers, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the in-
habitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
i immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
ipublication.
