AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordi-
nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and
fixing the boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Secion 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, 'Utah, "1965, relating to rezoning and fixing
the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is,
amended by adding in and to said section, the following:
"The following described real property in a Trailer
"T" zone, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as Commercial "C-1" District and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly:
"Beginning at a point which is 457.26 feet S. 89°
58'38" W. and 150.0 feet N. 0°0'55" W. from the south-
east corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Jordan Plat "A", in
Section 35, T1N, R1W, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said
point of beginning also being 831.5 feet S. 89°58'38"
W. and 216.0 feet N. 0°00'55" W. from the Salt Lake City
Monument at the intersection of North Temple and llth
West Streets; thence N. 0°00'55" W. 200.0 feet; thence
N. 89°58'38" E. 668.0 feet, more or less, to the west
bank of the Jordan River; thence southerly along the bank
of said river 200.0 feet more or less; thence S. 89°58'
38" W. 694.0 feet, plus or minus, to the point of beginning;
being part of the southwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 35, T1N, R1W, Salt Lake Base and Meridian."
