AN UHDINAJNCE VACATING ALLEY RUNNING EAST AND WEST IN THE
rear of hoosevelt and Emerson Avenues between 13th and 14th East
Streets, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of bait Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That alley running east and west in the rear of
hoosevelt and hmerson Avenues between 13th and 14th East Streets,
in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 10, BAk. 7,
Liberty Heights Sub. of B1k. 11, 5 Acre Plat 'Ct, big yield
Survey, thence west 12 ft., thence north 129.15 ft., thence
east 426.04 ft., thence N. 45° E. 7.07 ft., thence south
22 ft., thence N. 45' W. 7.07 ft., thence west 411.57 ft.,
thence S. 40° 49, 40" W. 6.61 ft., thence scbuth 112.15 ft.
to the place of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every
description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property, and also subject to the right of entry
thereon for the puppose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, re-
placing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of
them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Tl,ake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance!shall take effect upon its
