AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE 14-e, referred to in Section
145 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, 1955, relating to Parking
Prohibited at Certain Hours.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-e, referred to in Section 145 of
the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, 1955, relating to Parking Prohibited
At Certain Hours, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto
at the end of the designation of streets therein, the following additional
streets so as to prohibit parking thereon as follows:
"27th South from 5th East to Alden Street, south side,
4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.N.;
"27th Soutn from Alden Street to 9th East, north side,
7:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 20th day of November, 1956.
