AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto
a new paragraph to be known as Item 84 as follows:
"ITEM 84.
"The following described real property in Residential "R-6", as
shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Commercial "C-3"
classification and the Use District Map is amended and changed accord-
ingly.
Beginning at a point which is 567.6 feet West and 153.0
feet North from the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1-A,
Five Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey; thence West 172.12
feet; thence North 44.0 feet; thence East 171.92 feet;
thence South 44.0 feet to the point of beginning.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show
the said above described tract of land from Residential "R-6" to a
Commercial "C-3" classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 8th day of October, 1968.
