AN __ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of. Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "use district map" as adopted by Section
51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, as amended,
relating to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the
same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in a Residential
'R-2' District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as a Residential 'R-1' District and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing at a point 55.66 feet East of the SE corner
of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 10, T1S, R1E,
SLB&M; thence N 89°51'30" W 1064.73 feet to the SW
corner of Lot 7, Monument Park Subdivision, Plat "A";
thence N 2°05'53" W 29.38 feet; thence N 62°00' E
217.8 feet; thence N 16°05' E 94 feet; thence N 69°
00' E 165.00 feet; thence N 65°15' 'E 182.84 feet;
thence N 50°35' E 205.0 feet; thence N 71°15' E 219.6
feet; thence East 103.07 feet; thence South 454.16 feet
to the North line of Michigan Avenue; thence S 65°10'
E 99.85 feet; thence„•Easterly along a 52.84 foot radius
curvelo the left wi-th`:50.68 feet to the West line of
Wasatch Drive; thend'eSoutherly along the West line of
Wasatch Drive 112 feet, more or less to the point of
beginning."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health, welfare and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
