An ordinance creating Paying Districts Nos. 27, 28, 29 and 30.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SNCTION 1. That the following Paving Districts are hereby
created and established in Salt Lake City, to-wit:
Paving District No. 27.
Paving District No. 27 shall be and consist of all public
streets and alleys included in the following described tract, to-wit:
Bounded on the west by the west line of Third last Street; on
the east by the west line of the Fort Douglas U. S. Military Reser-
vation; on the north by the north line of South Temple Street; and
on the south by the south line of Ninth South Street, except such
streets as are already provided for by other districts.
Paving District No. 28:
Paving District No. 28 shall be and consist ft all public
streets and alleys included in the following described tract, to-
wit:
Commencing at a point at the intersection of the west line of
Fifth West Street and the north line of Ninth North Street; running
thence east alone the north line of Ninth North Street to the west
line of First West Street; thence south along the west line of First
West Street to the north line of Fern Street; thence cast to the
east line of First West Street; thence south along the east line of
First West Street to the north line of Second North Street; thence
east along the north line of Second North Street to the west line of
Apple Street; thence south to the north line of Lot 1, Block 104,
Plat "A"; thence east along the south line of Apple Street to the
west line of Apple Street; thence south along the west line of
Apple Street to the north line of First North Street; thence east
along the north line of First North Street to the west line of State
Street; thence south along the west line of State Street to the nem
north line of South Temple Street; thence east along the north line

of South Temple Street to the west line of Third Bast Street; thence
south along the west line of Third Bast Street to the south line of
Ninth South Street; thence west along the south line of Ninth South
Street to the west line of Fifth West Street; thence north along the
west lino of Fifth West Street to the north line of Ninth North
Street, the place of beginning, except such streets as are already
provided for in other districts.
Paving District No. 29.
Paving District No. 29 shall be and consist of all public
streets and alleys inoluded in the following described tract, te-
wit:
West of the west line of Fifth West Street; east of the east
bank of the Jordan River; north on the south line of Ninth South
Street; and south of the north line of Ninth North Street, except
such streets as are already provided for in other districts.
Paving District No. 30.
Paving District No. 30 shall be and consist of all public
streets and alleys included in the following described tract, to-
wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the west line of First West
Street and the north line of Ninth North Street; running thence
south along the west line of First West Street to the north line of
Fern Street; thence east to the east line of First West Street;
thence south along the east line of First West Street to the north
line of Second North Street; thence east along the north line of
Second North Street to the west line of Apple Street; thence south
along the west line of Apple Street to the north line of Lot 1,
Block 104, Plat "A"; thence east along the south line of Apple
Street to the west line of Apple Street; thence south along the west
line of Apple Street to the north line of First North Street; thence
east along the north line of First North Street to the west line of

State Street; thence south along the west line of State Street to
the north line of South Temple Street; thence east along the north
line of South Temple Street to the west boundary of the Fort Douglas
U. S. Military Reservation; thence north along the west line of the
Pert Douglas U. S. Military Reservation to the northwest corner of
the Fort Douglas U. S. Military Reservation; thence north to the
north line of the •outhwest quarter of Section 28, Township 1 north,
Range 1 east; thence west along the center line of Seotions 28, 29,
and 30, Township 1 north, Range 1 east, to the Salt Lake Principal
Meridian; thence west along the center line of Section 25, Township
1 north, Range 1 west to the place of beginning, except such streets
as are already provided for in other districts.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
