SECTION 1. That the south side of Indiana Avenue between
Jordan River and 10th West Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, more
particularly described as follows:

Glendale Addition, a subdivision of Lots 37, 38, 39 and )40 and
fractions of A, B, and C, Block 3, of Glendale Park Addition,
a subdivision of part of Section 11, T. 1 S., R. 1 W., S.L.B.
& M. running thence N. 89° 53' 01" E. 115.0 ft. thence
N. 6�3° 051 00" E. 50.0 ft., thence N. 16° 59! 06t E. 46.80
ft., thence S. 7L° 521 32" W. 165.04 ft. along a line parallel
and 1.0 ft. southerly measured at right angles, to the side-
walk, to the poiht of tangency of a 21.29 ft. radius curve
to the left, thence 27.86 ft. along the arc of said curve to
the point of beginning;
k be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
and easements of all public utilities
rights of way/of any and every description now located in, on,
under or over the confines of the above described property and also
subject to the right of entry thereon for the pufpose of inspecting,
maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting
said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
