Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt City, Utah: , 4,,"i CTION 1. That Section 5005 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake 'City, Utah,1944, as amended:by an ordinance passed by the Beard of Commissioners on October 23, 1951,, relating to speed of locomotives within city limits, be and the same is hereby amended 2 to read a's follpws: A(9 "SEC. 5005. SPEED. It shall be unlawful for any person 1 to run any locomotive, engine, train, or cars operated on rails between Ninth South Streetand Fifth North Street in Salt Lake City at a speed greater than is reasonable and safe, and in no event at a speed greater than twenty-five (25) miles per hour." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of. Commissioners 1 it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants i of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
