AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
both sides of Seventh South Street between Second West and Eighth it
West Streets, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 20 and 21, for the con-
struction of a cement sidewalk.

4;1A' SECTION.1 That the assessment list made bylhe'City Treasurer
as corrected, Q"ved .apd completed by the Board o Equalization
q and Review, hpfetofore duly appointed by the City C,¢uneil for that
purpose,of the property abutting on both sides of Seventh South
Street between cond West and Eighth West�.,St'reets, in Sidewalk
Districts Nos.. .and 21, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of con-
structing a cement sidewalk upon said portion of said street, is
hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said com-
pleted lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah,Septembor
llth, 1905, and referred to the Mayor for his )rova. .
