An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 2 of an ordinance entitled "An ordinance levying a tax upon the property abutting on both sides of Second Street from the west side of Canyon Road to the west side of West Street, and on both sides of C Street from the north side of South Temple Street to the south side of Second Street, in Pavifi District No. 26,, for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering and curbing, and paving thereof", passed by the Oity Oouncil of Salt Lake City, Utah, May 7, 1906, and approved by the Mayor May 8, 1906. Me it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: FACTION 1. That .Section 2 of slid ordinance be, and the same hereby is•amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows: 8'TI0M 2. That said tax levied as aforesaid upon said property shall become delinquent as follows: One-tenth of the total amount of said tax so levied shall become delinquent' July 15, 1906; One-tenth thereof shall become delinquent July 15, 1907; One-tenth thereof shall become delinquent July 15, 1908; One-tenth thereof shall become delinquent July 15, 1909; One-tenth thereof shall become delinquent July 15, 1910; One-tenth thereof shall become delinquent July 15, 1911; One-tenth thereof shall become delinquent July 15, 1912; One-tenth thereof shall become delinquent July 15, 1913; One-tenth therepf shall become delinquent July 15, 1914; One-tenth thereof shall become delinquent July 15, 1915. Mach of said installments except the first shall draw in- terest at the rate of six per cent per annum from the time of this levy until delinquent, and. if any or either of said in- stallments shall become delinquent interest thereon shall be at the rate of eight per cent per annum from delinquency until such delinquent installments are fully paid.. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 3.
