An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein
after described in the territory between West Capitol and Second West
9iStreets, and between Fourth North Street and Fern Avenue, in Sewer
Districts Nos. 1 and 2, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
!Ias oprreoted, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and''
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
hpose of the property in Lots 1, 6 and 7, Block 23; 3 and 4, Block 24;
3 and 4, Block 26; 1 and 2, Block 27; 2 and 3, Block 28, Plat "E"; 1„
15, 6, 7 and 8, Block 139, Plat "A"; part of the southwest quarter of
I1the southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 1 north, Range 1 west;
in Lots 2 and 3, Block 29, Plat "R", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting ,
Ion the west side of Center Street between Fourth North and Fifth North
'Streets; on the east side of Center Street between Fourth North Street
hand Clinton Avenue; on the south side of Fifth North Street between
,First West and Second West Streets; on the north side of Sixth North •
Street between First West and Second West Streets; on the east side
`,of First West Street between Clinton Avenue and Sixth North Street;
and on the west side of First West Street between Fifth North and
'Sixth North Streets, in Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2, of Salt Lrke
'City, for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of
Isaid streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and re-
turned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon ay1roval.
