That alley running west from LeGrand 1 a Street between Sunnyside Avenue and 9th South Street in Salt_ Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: 4----L-J Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, 1 Block 3, Douglas Park, a subdivision of Lets 1, 2, i-' 3, and 4 of Section 9, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. �S% and M. running thence west 550 ft., to the southwest corner of Lot 22, Block 3, said subdivision; thence south 14 ft. to the northwest corner of Lot 35, Block 3, said subdivision; thence east 550 ft., to the north- east corner of Lot 56, Block 3, said subdivision; thence north 14-ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated_and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian x way.
