' Mr. Chairman . . .j c AN ORDINANCE Result / AN ORDISANCE AMENDING CHAPTER LVI of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1924i, by adding in and to said Chapter a new section to be known as Section to be known as Section 5817, relating to streets and irrigation. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter LVI of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 191411, be and the same is hereby amended by adding in and to said chapter a new section to be known as Section 5817, relating to streets and irrigation, which shall read as fol- lows: "SEC. 5817. LOAD LIMITED. It shall be unlawful for any person to transport any load, including the vehicle or other means of conveyance used in transporting such load, in excess on of three thousand (3,000) pounds over or across that certain • bridge which spans the Salt Lake City sewer canal located at approximately 17th North and llth West Streets." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective imme- diately.
