in Sidewall. Districts Nos. 25 and 40, for the purpose of .,rovi_ding
for the grading, guttering end curbing thereof, and. layia,; cement

Be it orchined by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake Cit„q,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City
does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the same;
upon the property hereinafter described in Paving Districts Nos. 27
and 32, and in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 25 and 40, for the purose
of providing for the grading, guttering and curbing thereof, and
laying cement sidewalks thereon, to-wit:

This tax is levied to defray the expense of grading, gctteringi1I
Land curbing with cement, and laying cement sidewalks upon the por-
tions of said streets opposite the property horeinbefore and hereinr

after described to be especially affected and benefited by said im

provement, and it is hereby adjudged, determined and established

that said property will be especially benefited thereby to the full]

amount of the tax hereby levied, and said parcels of land are here-

by assessed at an equal and uniform rate in accordance with the
linear foot frontage upon said portions of said streets fronting
upon and to a depth of twenty-five (25) feet back therefrom, and
the tax hereby levied and to be assessed upon said parcels of land '
is thirteen thousand two hundred thirty-eight and 76/100 ( 13,238.76)
