This tax is levied to defray the expense of constructing
vitrified pipe sewer eight (8) , ten (10) end twelve (12)
inches in diameter, including blank house connections of four
(4) inch vitrified Pipe from the main sewer to the Beck of cuJb
line, upon the portions of raid street op-ccite the property
hereinbefore and hereinafter described to be especially affeoi-
ed and benefited by said improvement, and it is hereby ad.judg:d,
determined end established that said property will be especi-
ally benefited thereby to the full amount of the tax hereby
levied, and said parcels of land are hereby assessed et an
equal end uniform re*e in accordance with the linear foot
frontage upon said portions of said street fronting upon and
to a depth of twenty-five (25)feet beck therefrom, and the
tax hereby levied endto be assessed upon said parcels of land
is fifteen thousand two hundred forty-nine and 8/100
(N15,249.08) dollars, or one and 538369/1,000,000 (p1.538369)
dollars per front or line r foot of abutti ,J property, there
being; 9912.50 feet of abuttin • property within the boundaries
of the lots, blocks and street above mentioned in s i8 dis-

said tax.
SECTION 2, Said tax shall become and be delinquent in
five equal yearly installments, with interrett on the whole •
sum unpaid at the rate of six per cent per annum, sayable at

t'..e time each installment is due, to-wit: One-fifth thereof
one year after the ordinance confirming the Levy of the tax
for the payment for such improvement becomes effective; one •

fifth thereof in t:'o years after said ordinance becomes •
effective; one-fifth thereof in three years after said ordi-
nance becomes effective; one-fifth thereof in four years afte
said ordinance becomes effective; and one-fifth thereof in
five pears after said ordinance becomes effective. One or
more instalments, in the order inwhich they are payable, or •
the whole special tax, may be paid et any time within thirty
days after tl..e ordinance confirming the levy of the tax be-
comes effective, without interest. In the event of any in-
stellment or the interest aforesaid not being paid on thek ddt-

shall become due end payable, and shall draw interest at the
