property in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 44 and 45 (Sidewalk Extension No.
200) for the purpose of constructing cc- crate sidewalk.
LE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the Board of Corrmiscioners of Salt Lake
City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the
same upon the property hereinafter described in Sidewalk Districts
Nos. 44 and 45 (Sidewalk Extension No. 200) for the purpose of
constructing concrete sidewalk, to-wit:
Lots 4, 5, 6 and 15 to 19 incl. of Blk. 10; Lots
1 to 30, Incl., Blk. 1, Lots 1 and 17 to 30 inol., Bik. 2,
Holland Sub.; Lots 1 to 14 incl., Blk. 1, Lots 1 to 12 incl.,
Blk. 2, Lots 3 to 10 incl., Bik. 3, Lots 1 to 0 incl., Blk.
4 and Lots 11 to 16 incl., Blk. 5, aest Temple Add.; Lots 1, 5
to 11 incl., 17 to 27 incl., and 30 to 42 incl., Blk. 1, Lots
1, 2 and 23 to 42 incl.,Blk. 2, Lots 1 and 2, Bik. 3 and Lots

This tax is levied to defray the expense of constructing
concrete sidewalk five (5) feet wide and four (4) inches thick wit
three and one-quarter (3i) inch base and three-quarter ( ) inch
topping upon the portions of said streets opposite the property
hereinbefore and hereinafter described to be especially affected
and benefited by said improvement, to-wit: West side of West 'Temp e

from a point 717.65 ft. south of 14th South, thence south 442.2 ft.;

SECTION II. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Equalization and Review of the property described in section I

of this ordinance in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 44 and 45 (Side-
walk Extension No. 200) of gait Lake City, for the purpose of
constructing a sidewalk upon said portion of said streets, is
hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said
completed lists, and the report of the Board of Equalization
and review to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
are to reby ratified, approved and confirmed.
SECTION III. Said tax shall be payable in five
equal yearly installments as provided by law and ordinance with
interest on the whole sum unpaid at the rate of six per cent
per annum,payable at the time each installment is due. In the
event any installment or the interest aforesaid is not paid on
the day the same becomes due, the whole amount of the special tax
unpaid at the time said installment and interest axe due, shall
become due and. payable, said- shall draw interest at the rate of

twelve per cent per annum until the sale of the property assessed.
SECTION IV. This ordinance shall tal:e effect one may
after its first lublication.
