AN ORDINANCE • Result AN ORDIN5*CE VACATING ALLEY running north and south between Pest West Streets and 6th and 7th South Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt • Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That alley running north and south between Post and 9th West Streets and 6th and 7th South Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: 1j Beginning at_ the southwest corner of Lot 65, Block 1, Butte Subdivision, of Block 17 and part of Lots 1 and 8, and all of Lets 2., 3, 4, and 5, Block 16, Plat "C^, Salt Lake City Survey; running thence west 15 ft. _to the southeast corner of Lot 25, Block 1, said subdivision; thence north 182.5 ft., to the northeast corner of Lot 31, Block 1, said subdivision; thence east 15 ft., to the northwest corner of Lot 59, Block 1, said subdivision; thence south 182.5 ft., to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian <:)"1 way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of <entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
