AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley between Brooklyn Avenue and
Fayette Avenue running west of Fourth West Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That that certain alley located between Brooklyn.
Avenue and Fayette Avenue, running west of Fourth West Street, more
particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated
and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street,
avenue or pedestrian way:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 14, Block
5, Fountain Place Subdivision, a subdivision of part
of Block 25, Five Acre Plat "A"; and running thence
west to the East right of way line of the Utah State
Road Commission property; thence Northwesterly along
said right of way to the Southwest corner of Lot 2,
said Block 5; thence East 94.29 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot 1 of said Block 5; thence South 16.22
feet to the point of beginning.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description
now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described
property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the alter-
ing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
16th day of December, 1964.
