AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 51-18-7 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1965, RELATING TO CONDITIONAL
USES IN THE RESIDENTIAL "R-6" DISTRICT BY ADDING A NEW
SUBPARAGRAPH (2) (G) PERMITTING BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-18-7 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to conditional uses allowed in
the Residential "R-6" Use District be, and the same hereby is
amended by ADDING a new subsection (2)(g) thereto, relating to
clubs for children, which shall read as follows:
Sec. 51-18-7. Conditonal Uses. * * *

(c) * * *
(d) * * *
(e) * * *
(f) * * *
(g) Clubs for children (boys and/or girls clubs)
operated by non-profit organizations.
In granting such conditional use, care must be taken to see
that such uses are not clustered and to this end no more than one
. conditional use shall be allowed within a 660 foot radius of any
other such conditional use.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
