Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Ut* ,1
Section 1. A franchise and right of way is hereby

north of the southwest corner of said Block 27, thereby enabling 1.

Works Company, situate on said Block 27.
Section 2. During the tern of this franchise the
grantee shall be subject to the follows." conditions, viz:
(a) That said switch or spur track shall to laic upon
and conform to the established grade of said street, end if
'salt grade is afterward. chanced by order of the City Council

of the track so as to conform to the same.
