An ordinance levying a tax and providinc for the assessment of

the property hereinafter described within the district boanded. on
. 1 the north by South Temple Street, on the east by Seconi East Street,
on the south by Fourth South Street, and. on the west by First West
Street; also on the south sue of Second South Street between Seoon
East and Third East Streets, where sidewalks are defective, in Side
' Walk Districts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, f5, 6, 7, 6, 9, 13 ara. 17, for the
construction of cement sidewalks.
