Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on Westminster Avenue between Thirteenth East and
Fourteenth East Streets, in Paving District No. 32, for the purpose
of providing for the grading, curbing and guttering, constructing
drainage system, constructing private driveways, installing water
services, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as oorreoted, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 1 to 27, inclusive, Block 4; 6 to 19, inclusive,
Block 2; and 18, and 6 to 14, inclusive, Block 3, Westminster Heights
Subdivision, Block 10, Five acre Plat "0", Big Field Survey, abutting
on both sides of Westminster Avenue between Thirteenth East and
Fourteenth East Streets, in Paving District No. 32, of Salt Lake
City, for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and
guttering, oonstruoting drainage system, constructing private drive-
ways, installing water services, and paving said portion of said
street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
