Be it ordained by the Board o1' Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SaCTIOd 1. That alley ruining west 138 feet from
Ninth Nest Street and being 125 feet south of Seventh South
Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 19,
Block 2, 7th South Subdivision or Block 8, Plat !tdtt,
Salt Lake City Survey, thence west 138 feet, thence
south 15 feet, thence east 138 feet, thence north
15 feet to the place of beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be
public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian
way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
