AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 3, referred to in Section 117 of
the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955,
relating to forty miles per hour speed limit.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 3, referred to in Section 117 of the
Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955,
relating to .,fbrty;;miles per hour speed limit be, and the same hereby
is, amended by adding the following thereto:
7th East Street between gth South Street and the South
City limit.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is
necessary to the peace, Yealth and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 28th day of October , 1959.
