AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE amending Paragraph (1) of Schedule 14-a, referred
to in Section 123 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 64 of 1962, re-
lating to 45 degree angle parking.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That paragraph (1) of Schedule 14-a, referred to in
Section 123 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 64 of 1962, relating to 45
degree angle parking, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding
the following street:
"North side of Third South Street between Main Street
and West Temple Street."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City, Utah, that this ordinance become
effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 16th day of December, 1964.
