Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That a part of 3200 West Street and 9th North Street, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Vacating all of 3200 West, a 66 foot street, from a point 1,320 feet south, more or less, from 2100 North Street; thence South to the intersection of 9th North Street, and all of 9th North, a 66 foot street, from 3200 West Street to the west line of 2100 West Street, portions of which are in Sections 20, 21, 28 and 29, T.1 N., R.1 W., Salt Lake Base and Meridian and more particularly described as having a center line commencing at a point on the section line common to said Sections 20 and 21 and South 1,320.25 feet from the Section corner common to Sections 16,17, 20 and 21, T.1 N., R.1 W., Salt Lake Base and Meridian and running thence south along said section line 6,646 feet, more or less; thence east 3,370 feet more or less; thence southeasterly along a 600 foot radius curve to the right 670 feet, more or less, to the west line of 2100 idlest Street. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
