AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Subparagraph (8) of Section 51-21-1 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to permitted
restaurant use in Business"B-3" Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph (8) of Section 51-21-1 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to permitted
restaurant use in Business "B-3" Districts, be, and the same hereby is,
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 51-21-1. * * *
"(8) Restaurants and drive-in food establishments including as
an accessory use in a restaurant, as defined in Section 51-2-42A, U
the operation of a licensed retail liquor sales outlet." "
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first a
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 30th day of September , 1969. --2
