AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "use district map" as adopted by Section 51-12-2, Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended, relating to fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in Residential 'R-2' and
Business 'B-3' Districts, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as Residential 'R-5' District and the Use District Map is amended
and changed accordingly:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 11, Block 1, Rockwood
Subdivision, said point also being located 120.0 feet West from
the Northwest corner of 27th South and Elizabeth Streets; thence
North 0°15'19" East 165 feet; thence North 89°52' East 384 feet,
�ur more or less, to the East line of the Jordan and Salt Lake City
Canal boundary; thence North 4°30' East along the East boundary
of said canal to a point 196.67 feet North of the North line of
27th South Street; thence South 89°59'47" East 313 feet, more or
less, to the Northwest corner of Lot 18, Highland Park Plat 'D'
Subdivision; thence South 7°17'40" East 148.0 feet; thence South
0°00'29" West 49.03 feet to the North line of 27th South Street;
thence South 89°51'08" West 717.05 feet to the point of beginning'.
