AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 14-d referred to in Section 144
of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to streets upon which
parking is prohibited at all time.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-d referred to in Section 144 of the
Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to streets upon which parking
is prohibited at all times, be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting
from said schedule the following streets:
1300 South Street, north side, from 300 West Street to
Edison Street.
1300 South Street, south side, from 300 West Street to
Main Street.
1300 South Street, south side, from Edison Street to State
Street.
SECTION 2. That Schedule 14-d referred to in Section 144 of the
Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to streets upon which parking
is prohibited at all times, be, and the same hereby is, amended by
adding to said schedule the following street:
1300 South Street, both sides, from 300 West Street to
Edison Street.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first pub-
lication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake Cit , Utah,
this 25th day of June, 1974.
