AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 14-e referred to in Section 145
of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to parking prohibited
at certain hours.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-e referred to in Section 145 of
the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to parking prohibited
at certain hours - 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. - be, and the same hereby
is, amended by deleting the following street from said schedule:
(5) * * *
1300 South Street, south side, from Main Street to
State Street.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 25th day of June, 1974.
