An ordinance concerning streets and sidewalks, amending Sec- tions 719, 720 and 721 of tee Revised Ordinences of 1903, relating to bicycle and other riding machines, repealing Section 728 of said Revised Ordinances and enacting a new section in lieu tOoreof, and repealing all conflicting ordinances and resolutions. Be it enaacted by the City Edouncil of Salt Lake CiV, Utah: SECTION 1. That Sections 719, 720 and 721 of the Revised Ordi- nancee of 15,03; be, mitt the some ore, ae:•eby amended to read as follows:- 719. That Section 728 of the Revised Ordinances of 1903, be, and the same is, hereby repealed, and in Hag thereof a new Section to be known as Section 728 is hereby adopted to read as. follows:- 88 -2- 728. BICYCLES ON JOINT CITY ^i:D COUNTY BUILDING GROUNDS. It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any bicycle or other riding machine upon any of the walks or paths reserved for pedestrians in the Joint City and County Building Grounds, at any time; exce;:t on the path surrounding said grounds, and next to the onclosiag hedge. SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolutions and parts of ordi- pencoc ;v1,1 resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Ths or•dino.nce shall take effect upon approval. Passed by the City Coaecil of Sale, Lake City, rUtah, 'tine 20th, 1904, and referred to the Mayor for his epproval. - Approved this day of June, 1904. 4010.111.0 Mayor.
