A N ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on the
south side of Fourth South Street between State and West Temple
Streets, on the north side of Seventh South Street between East
Temple and State Streets, on the west side of State Street between
Fourth South and Fifth South Streets, and on both sides of State
Street between Fifth South and Seventh South Streets, in Sewer Dis-
tricts Nos. 1 and 2, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by .the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That t e assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and olemplttsd by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose, of the property abuttingpn the south side of Fourth South
Street between State and West Temple Streets, on the north side of
Seventh South Street between East Temple and State Streets, on the
west side of State Street between Fourth South and Fifth South
Streets, and on both sides of State Street between Fifth South and
Seventh South Streets, in Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2, of Salt Lake
City, for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of
said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and re-
turned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
Sewer Extension No. 173.
Passed by the City Council of Salt take City,iTtah,June 18th
1906, and referred to the :S-yor for his app j//al.
