An ordinance confirming the assessment c-a he property
hereinafter described on both side~ Of J. Street Bet'seen South
Teri; le Street mid First !:venue, in ,Sidewalk district No. 24, for the
construction of cement sidewalks.
• Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, es corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Pitting as e board of equalisation
and reviews, of the property in Lots 1 and 4, Block 5; and 2 and 3,
Block 4, Plat "D", Sa:Lt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of
J Street between South Temple Street an( First avenue, in Sidewalk
District No. 24, of Salt Lake City, for the Purpose of constructing
, cement sidewalks upon said portions of said streets, is hereby con-
firmed, and the assessments made alld returned in said completed lists
are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first !ubli.oation.
