Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on Seventh South Street between Main and Fifth
East Streets, in Paving Districts Nos. 27 and 28, for the purpose of
providing for the grading, guttering and curbing with cement, con-
structing drainage system, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of SLit Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer,
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 20, and 1 and 2, Block 19,
all in Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the north side
of Seventh South Street between State and Third East Streets, in
Paving Districts Nos. 27 and 28, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose
and curbing
of providing for the grading, guttering ith cement, constructing
drainage system and paving said portion of said street, is hereby
confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said completed
lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after its
first publication.
